Dan Epstein

Dan is a drummer with more than ten years of experience who has performed in five different states.  He has studied with Tony DeNicola and Joe Morello.  He has played many different styles of music including rock, blues, reggae/ska, funk, punk, zydeco, and others, but is currently and primarily focused on jazz.  He has been a member of the Somerset Jazz Consortium since September of 2006 and is the house drummer for the Sunday open jam session.  Since then he has made numerous appearances with other Somerset Jazz Consortium groups including his own, the Dan Epstein Jazz Band.
